Every agent passes NIN validation, a government ID review and a live selfie check, then a review by our team, before they can list a single property.

Your fee, held in escrow

Inspection fees are paid through Paystack and held by Estara, never the agent. They are released only after you confirm the visit happened, and refunded if it is cancelled in time.

Reviews you can trust

Every inspection ends with a rating, and reviews only come from confirmed visits. Agents earn their reputation; nobody can buy one.
